Aspetti codicologici e paleografici dei libri palinsesti greci
La dott.ssa Rossetto ha partecipato al Sinai Palimpsests Project (2014-2018). Nel corso del progetto ha realizzato la descrizione codicologica di 74 palinsesti del Monastero di Santa Caterina (Sinai), curato il database del progetto e identificato alcune delle scriptiones inferiores greche.
Aspetti codicologici e paleografici dei libri di preghiera bizantini (eucologi)
Dal dicembre 2020, la dott.ssa Rossetto è P.I. del progetto Priests, Books and the Library at Saint Catherine’s (Sinai) finanziato dall’Austrian Research Fund, con sede a Viena presso l’Accademia Austriaca delle Scienze, dipartimento di studi bizantini. L’obiettivo del progetto è realizzare la descrizione codicologica e paleografica degli eucologi del Monastero di Santa Caterina e di riunire i membra disjecta di questi codici, localizzabili nella collezione stessa o in altre biblioteche. Precedentemente (2015-2019) la dott.ssa è stata affiliata al progetto Daily Life and Religion. Byzantine Prayer Books as Sources for Social History, diretto dalla Prof.ssa Claudia Rapp.
Applicazione delle nuove tecnologie ai libri antichi
Multispectral imaging (MSI) e image processing di manoscritti palinsesti. La dott.ssa Rossetto ha partecipato in qualità di assistente tecnico ai seguenti progetti realizzati da EMEL (Early Manuscripts Electronic Library – direttore: Michael Phelps).

La dott.ssa inoltre è affiliata al Centre of Image and Material Analysis in Cultural Heritage (CIMA) di Vienna ed è stata visiting scholar presso il“Center for Imaging Science” – Rochester Institute of Technology (New York) (04–05/2016) sotto la supervisione del Prof. Roger Easton (responsabile dell’image processing nel Sinai Palimpsests Project e nell’Archimedes Palimpsest Project.
